Julien and Julia, built a quality canteen that they dreamed of in the heart of the city of Saint-Denis which is dear to them. Fresh, raw products, seasonality, peasant agriculture, conviviality, quality wines... "A la ladle" is also the desire for sustainable cuisine, which fights against waste.
