The Saint-Denis Basilica Cathedral is the first monumental masterpiece founder of Gothic art in the twelfth century.
Built on the tomb of Saint Denis, martyred by the Romans in the third century, the basilica of Saint-Denis is the first monumental testimony of Gothic art.
