Illustrious school

Almost abandoned during the French Revolution, the building was reborn under Napoleon, becoming a school reserved for the descendants of recipients of the National Order of the Legion of Honor, the Military Medal and the National Order of Merit.

Today, over 500 girls study at this school of excellence.

Where is it? I want to go there!

Located at 5 Rue de la Légion d’Honneur, Saint-Denis, the school is easily accessible by metro line 13 and the “Basilique Saint-Denis” or “Porte de Paris” stops.

However, the school is not open to the public, except for tours organized by Agence POP.

But the park, the city’s green lung, is accessible every day!
